(2) handicap 15 and below for Male, hc 24 and below for Female;
(3) must have won at least one golf tournament in his/her carrier;
(4) must have a valid driving licence at the time of the game.

BTW... minta tolong organize weekend game please.... saya bukan loaded mcm MFG so weekdays kene keje. MFG tu main golf ari2 ka, birdie ke, PAR ke, PARit ke, doublePAR ke .. semua masyukkkk.

Japanese brand tournament.....never enter any USA or European tournament......My heart still not open yet to enter the both tournament maybe in future

as your handicap is way, way above 15, you would not qualify for this tournament. tapi Selection Committee may exercise its special powers to admit you. tengoklah nanti how it decides, another way is, the next few days pls practice harder, and then change your handicap yourself.
